Damage
Damage is an exploit module that makes you take fall-style damage to yourself on demand, without anything in the world actually hurting you. When you enable it, it sends a burst of movement packets that trick the server into thinking you fell, so the server applies damage to your character. The module fires once each time you turn it on and then leaves itself off, so flip it on again whenever you want another hit.
This is mostly useful on servers running specific anticheats, where self-damage can be used to trigger low-health behavior, escape combat tags, or set up other tricks. Because it relies on tricking a particular anticheat, you must pick the Mode that matches the server you're on — the wrong method usually does nothing or just gets you flagged. Set how much health to drain with the Damage setting.
Keep in mind that the amount of damage you actually take isn't always exact: it depends on how the chosen anticheat reacts, and some modes (such as Verus) may also register a couple of anticheat flags in the process.
