Once you've loaded the script (the module will be enabled by itself), you have to enable the option 'UsePanel'. As the module has to stay enabled for some reasons, you need to disable that option if you want to remove the panel.
The panel displays every config you've saved in your settings folder. It'll update itself automatically as soon as you remove or add a config. How to use the panel:
If you want to load a config, left-click the panel element with the name of that particular config.
If you want to overwrite a config with your current settings, right-click it.
In case you want to delete a config, mid-click** it.
Accidentally ruining or deleting a config is annoying. Thus the option 'RetardSafe' might help you. If that option is enabled, deleting and overwriting a config both require clicking twice within a short time.
